When you create an account, we collect your agency name, email address, country, and password (stored as a secure hash). When you use the platform, we collect property data you enter (addresses, prices, descriptions, photos), agent profiles you create, and usage data such as page views and feature usage. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data under PCI-DSS compliance.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, generate PDF brochures, marketing texts, and social media visuals from your property data, display your agency website if enabled, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing), send product-related communications (onboarding, trial reminders) which you can opt out of, and monitor platform performance and prevent abuse.
We process your data based on contract performance (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (improving our platform, preventing fraud), consent (marketing communications), and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Stripe for payment processing, our hosting provider (SuperHosting.bg) for infrastructure, OpenAI for AI-generated text content (property data only, no personal information), and Meta for advertising analytics via the Meta Pixel (anonymized usage data). All third-party processors are GDPR-compliant.
We use essential session cookies for authentication and the Meta Pixel for advertising performance measurement. The Meta Pixel collects anonymized data about page visits and conversion events. You can opt out of Meta tracking through your browser settings or the Meta privacy controls.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at office@immogen23.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data, properties, photos, and generated content are permanently deleted within 30 days. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law.
We protect your data with HTTPS encryption on all pages, bcrypt password hashing, CSRF protection on all forms, secure session management, and regular security updates. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Our service is designed for business use and is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
